You may even have the chance to follow in the footsteps of great explorers like Jobs and Westinghouse, each of whose expeditions have left traces that you can still visit today.

FACING THE UNKNOWN may be difficult and rife with risk, but it could potentially deliver an extraordinary future. When it seems impossible (no map, no mentor, no understanding of how to proceed), it takes courage to begin and and persistence to overcome the unexpected pitfalls and obstacles. The rules do not yet exist and the choices have not yet been made, thus limitations are few. Pioneers and innovators proceed, placing their trust in their tools and in their own skills. Until innovation-muscles are fully developed, it's risky; but just like any discipline, the more you proceed and succeed, the more you trust yourself and the easier it is to succeed again. As Henry Ford said, "What's right about America is that although we have a mess of problems, we have great capacity - intellect and resources - to do some thing about them."
